L. Sekhar completed 7th standard and ran away to Thirupathi along with friends. After 6 months he came to Secunderabad and worked at Alpha Hotel. He arrived at Krushi from Siddur Home and completed an Arts degree through Open University.
He worked in a graphics company and while working there, started printing cards and pamphlets at Krushi himself. His parents visited him and were happy with his progress.
He got married in 2006 and started his own printing press along with his friends. Presently the printing orders for Krushi are given to him.
